Saturday, February 8th: "The Blessing in Blessing (Texas) ride. Destination is the Blessing Hotel Cafe in Blessing Texas (ETA 11:30 am). Contact Roger Byars for more details. (This is again an old fashion, southern comfort food. Difference is you grab a plate and serve yourself. Make as many trips down the line as your belly will hold!)

RIO GRANDE CONFERENCE 2025

On-line registration for the Conference should be on our website (www.bktexas13.org). Due to planning and logistical issues, we will be cutting off on-line registration 5/1/25 in order to finalize headcounts for the banquet and other major events. Once the link is up, please encourage your members to register ASAP. The registration fee for members and guests will be $95 as we had in Springdale. There will be no onsite registration for the Conference.

Our apologies for the delay, but we have the RGC 2025 registration form and payment link up and working on our website! There are TWO items that you and your members will need to complete. The first is the registration form. Just fill out the requested fields and be sure to put the names and shirt sizes in the text box at the bottom, then SUBMIT. Second, for the registration payment, select the number of attendees you are paying for and click the CHECKOUT button. This will take you to the secure payment site (Square). There is a button to display the hotel information. It has the tentative schedule of events there as well. 1400-1700 – Hospitality room open
1700-1900 – Blue Knights Social @ Maverick’s Night Club (drink specials & food) and Cornhole Tournament (parking lot)
1900-2300 – Hospitality room open
Saturday 6/7/25 –
0730-0900 – Presidents’ Meeting (Hampton Inn meeting room)
0915-1300 – Guided ride to Texas Peace Officer Memorial, laying of wreath,
and Texas Capitol Tour. (Lunch on your own.)
1700- -- KSU Escorted Ride to RGC Banquet, Dripping Springs Ranch Park (45 min)
1800-2000 – RGC Banquet (Guided ride return or on your own.)
2000-0000 – Hospitality room open, informal poker (Hampton Inn meeting room) and informal
cornhole (space permitting).
Sunday 6/8/25 --
0900 hours, Blessing of the Bikes and KSU for home!
